2 down 1 to go

We have received 2 of the items that we needed for the USCIS office, and have 1 more to go. We are awaiting the death decree of Brody's bio dad. Which remember I have said they can be difficult to get - well the wonderful Pastor Andrew has been to 3 different places and is attempting again tomorrow. I sent the other 2 documents to the USCIS today and hopefully they will just approve the dang visa. They want the original death decree - I'm hoping they will allow the copy and have the actual Embassy/Consulate see the original at the time of the interview.
We learned yesterday that Brody is doing very well - and mostly speaking English and not his native language, so that will make it an easier transition to the US.
Not wanting to get our hopes up again, but we think we are finally getting somewhere.
